Peer information and transaction data Our virtual-workplace is a peer-to-peer based network. As such, peers at various points the world may connect other peers electronically, and transfer data. This kind of peer to peer communication is handled by our client side software you to install on your local/home computer - such as Rhizome Browser. Note that in order to allow such kind of peer to peer services, and in order to allow valid commercial activity, accepted by all the involved sides of a transaction, our client side software must collect essential information that identify your peer you working environment and possibly your application. When involving in commercial transactions between members, peer's information in addition to transaction details and terms and other settings, set between you (whether Provider or Customer) and the other side to the transaction (whether Provider or Customer) , are stored on our shared services so we can apply payments and credits derived from members transactions. When involving in transaction with premium service we supply, or when involving with subscription so some other shared service we supplied on our peer to peer network, peer's information in addition to service details and terms set with you are stored on our shared services so we can apply the service. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our Web Sites. Appendix B – Information Shared by Shop With Clients Shared Information: Shop With... client uses the peer to peer infrastructure and API of Rhizome Networks in order to allow users creating a shopping group and share reviews and products list as part of social browsing shopping experience. When client choose to join a group client must first authenticate by providing three items: The group Id, the group name (Login) and a password. As part of authentication process, contact information from is transferred from the client software of the user that request to join, into the client software at the side of the user that is suppose to confirm the join request. This contact information include among various fields available for contact settings, now or in the future, also the “Name” of the client, as selected by user and the “Email” of the client as set by user when setting the personal contact information. You should be aware that contact information of yours become available to other shopping group members with whom you choose to share a shopping group session! Therefore you should not include by contact information, any type of information you concern as private and which you don't want to share. Group Authentication To join a group user should first authenticate using information provided by group owner or by other members of a group. As group owner or member you should not provide authentication details to no one else then those you choose to shop with! This include group-id, group-name and password. If you have a reasonable reason to think that someone of your group members is a pretender, simply close or delete the group and start a new one with different name and different password. Unique group-Id will automatically be assigned and you don't have control of it.
